Louise Keeley promoted to Director of HR Services

We are delighted to announce that we have promoted Louise Keeley to the position of Director of HR Services.

Extensive HR knowledge

Louise joined ntrust just over a year ago bringing with her extensive knowledge of HR and Employment Law. Since then, she has helped our clients navigate various interesting and complex employment situations.

Do you have an internal HR function?

For smaller businesses who have not had to undertake employment processes before and do not have internal HR functions it can be daunting to have to deal with these processes. It is a comfort for our clients to have Louise’s support when meeting employees for disciplinary, grievance and redundancy consultation meetings, making sure the correct procedures have been followed.

New responsibilities

Louise has also provided advice on changes in employment legislation, contracts and employment policies as well as taking over responsibility for our client’s payroll processes.

We are thrilled that Louise has been able to add value to our client offering and we are excited to be working with Louise to grow this area of the ntrust business.
